VILLA PRESCILLA –Dumaguete City Apartments are offering newly renovated fully Furnished Apartments, One to two bedroom units located in 237 E.J. Blanco Road Extension, Daro, Dumaguete, just 5 minutes from the airport, seaport, market place, golf course, shopping area, and local universities.
We will accept weekly, monthly or yearly rental terms.

The recently opened VILLA PRESCILLA is a friendly clean place and t is a long the road. It has a big nice swimming pool and laundry area to be used for all occupants. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, fully furnished with queen-size beds and have equipped kitchen facilities including cable TV, refrigerator and gas range, hot/cold running water.
